QC OpEx; Unit Operations Design

2010-2012: Directed the delivery of three QC OpEx workstreams - 6S, Visual Management and Levelling, Flow and Standard Work - to 6 global sites, encompassing 39 laboratories, 258 laboratory rooms and 605 laboratory analysts, supervisors and managers. Programme budget €6m+.

Managed site-based project managers to ensure effective deployment of local project teams at each site.

Supervised the local registration, analysis and resolution of all impactful risks and issues.

Designed and implemented a sustainable governance structure to ensure the effective future adaptation of Real Lean practices to volatile business realities post programme.

2013: Directed a multi-function project team to deliver seamless and lean-by-design adaptation of all laboratory operations to onboard the Bexsero vaccine – the first approved Meningitis B vaccine.
