Driven by a 50% growth mandate for operational capacity within two years, Lesaffre, a world-leading producer of yeast products based in Lille, initiated a Six Sigma programme to optimise capital and labour investment planning.

Development of a project charter, scope and plan. Management of the resultant diagnostic project within the framework of Lesaffre’s Quality Management System (QMS).
